Our Role

Float Art Design is happy to step in at any stage of the design process. If you have a specific design in mind and have your own artists–great. If you have an idea but don’t know how to execute it, we can help. If you want us to design from start to finish, that’s fine, too. For ideas and inspiration, view our work in the portfolio. There are no design fees if you submit camera-ready art; if you need us to design, fees range from $50-200, depending on time spent.

Cost of a Pen “Run”

Prices are determined by quantity and barrel choice, quoted on a per-pen basis. Similar to a print run, price decreases as pen quantities increase. Turnaround Times

• To produce electronic proof – 3 business days
• If you choose to produce a “full-proof” actual pen sample – 3-4 weeks
• From final approval to ship date – 6 weeks
• Shipping time – 2-3 business days

Last Steps

At the point that you have received the electronic art and are ready to approve the design for production, we ask for an approximate 50% deposit. At this point you also make final decisions concerning pen quantity, pen styles, and barrel colors.
